Referral Fee Disclaimers

Roger Doumanian, Attorney at Law, APC values transparency and compliance with legal regulations in all aspects of our operations. We wish to inform you that while we are unable to pay referral fees to non-lawyers, we do have a policy in place to compensate attorneys who refer clients to our firm. In certain cases, we may pay a commission of up to 15% to attorneys or law firms that refer clients to us.

It is important to note that any fees paid to Roger Doumanian, Attorney at Law, APC by our clients will not be increased due to the payment of referral fees to the referring attorney or firm. Our commitment to fair and ethical practices ensures that our clients receive the same fee structure regardless of any referral arrangements.

Additionally, we may have referral arrangements with attorneys or law firms to whom we refer clients, and they may pay Roger Doumanian, Attorney at Law, APC, a referral fee. If we refer you to an attorney, we encourage you to discuss their referral fee arrangement directly with them. They too are prohibited from charging you additional fees due to our referral arrangement.
