About Us

Paula started her career as a banker with Great Western Bank, then moved on to join an international interpreting and translation company, playing a key role in customer acquisition, retention, and billing. After taking a few years off to have her first child, she returned to the workforce by joining the management team of a technology company that provides web and online marketing services to clients around the globe. In 2017, Paula joined the legal team at Roger Doumanian, Attorney at Law, APC and has since done an excellent job at managing the daily operations of our law office. 

Paula graduated from College of the Canyons and received her Associate Degree in social sciences in 2000. She is married to attorney Roger Doumanian and is the mother of two beautiful children. 

Known for her creativity, diligence, and professionalism, Alexa approaches every project with care and dedication. In addition to her legal and research responsibilities, she contributes to the firm’s marketing and branding efforts, bringing fresh ideas and a creative perspective to client outreach and communications. Her enthusiasm for the legal field, combined with her commitment to learning and personal growth, reflects the values of integrity, accountability, and excellence that define our firm.

During her time with the firm, Alexa has developed valuable experience in legal and business research, document organization, client support, and marketing coordination. She has become a dependable and versatile member of our team, assisting with a variety of projects that require analytical thinking, attention to detail, creativity, and strong communication skills. Her ability to quickly learn and adapt has allowed her to contribute meaningfully to the day-to-day operations of the firm while continuing to strengthen her understanding of the legal profession.

Alexa’s dedication to producing thorough, organized, and creative work has consistently impressed both colleagues and clients alike. Recently, she was named the head of our firm’s new business journal division, 6 Pillars Press, where she will help oversee and contribute to content designed to keep business owners informed, educated, and equipped with valuable insights. Her leadership, professionalism, and passion for the legal and business communities continue to make her an important part of our growing team.

In 2026, Alexa graduated from high school and began pursuing her Associate’s Degree at College of the Canyons, where she is studying History and Journalism. Her academic interests reflect both her passion for research and her strong communication skills, which continue to complement her work within the legal field and the firm’s media and publishing initiatives.

Alexa is currently continuing her academic journey with the long-term goal of attending law school and pursuing a career in the legal profession. Through her education and hands-on experience at the firm, she is actively developing the analytical, communication, and critical thinking skills essential to the practice of law.

Outside of her academic and professional pursuits, Alexa enjoys traveling, exploring cafés, appreciating art, listening to contemporary and smooth jazz, and singing in a choir, reflecting her creativity and well-rounded character.
