Roger has advised and represented clients on a full spectrum of business transactions, including business formation, corporate and limited liability company (LLC) compliance matters, business sale and purchase transactions, trademark registration, maintenance, and cease-and-desist matters, contract negotiations and dispute settlement matters, as well as numerous other business issues and matters. 

Roger graduated from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) in 2001 and Southwestern Law School (formerly Southwestern University School of Law) in 2005. He passed the bar and has been licensed to practice law in the state of California since 2005. 

Roger is currently admitted as a member of the State Bar of California, the United States District Court  – Central District of California, and the State Bar of Texas. Roger is also a member of the Los Angeles County Bar Association, Santa Clarita Bar Association, and the Ventura County Bar Association. He has been a guest speaker for various business organizations and on radio shows for KRLA and Radio Nueva Vida. 

Roger is the author of The 6 Pillars of Business Success: Doing Business Right, which was published in July of 2018 by 6 Pillars Publishing. The purpose of this book is to help business owners understand the anatomy of a successful business.
